Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-02-04
1. Rights
Depending on applicable Korean law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with competent supervisory authorities. We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
Some rights may be limited where retention is required for dispute resolution, security logs, or legal claims. We will explain any limitation when responding.
2. Use of Data
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, operate the ForgeTrail Academy website, improve documentation clarity, and maintain security. Analytics, when enabled, is used in aggregate to understand navigation patterns. We do not use contact form submissions to train generalized automated models.
Marketing is limited to operational announcements about programs you already asked about; we do not buy contact lists.
3. Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to information collected through thosisone.digital and related static assets. It does not apply to third-party platforms that may be linked for community discussion; those services publish their own notices.
If you participate in live programs under separate agreements, additional terms may govern data collected in those channels.
4. Data Collected
We may collect identifiers such as name, email address, company name if provided, and message content when you submit forms. Technical logs from hosting providers can include IP addresses, timestamps, and user-agent strings for a limited retention window for security diagnostics.
We avoid collecting sensitive categories of information through web forms. Please do not submit government identification numbers or health information.
5. Contact
The data controller for this site is ForgeTrail Academy, reachable at [email protected]. Postal correspondence may be directed to the studio address published on the Contact page.
For privacy requests, include enough detail for us to locate relevant records without excessive personal data.
6. Third Parties
We share information with service providers who host static files, deliver email if you correspond with us, or provide analytics when you opt in. Providers are bound by written obligations regarding confidentiality and purpose limitation.
We may disclose information if required by lawful court orders or regulatory requests, subject to review where permitted.
7. Retention
Contact form messages may be retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an open inquiry or legal hold. Security logs follow provider defaults, typically not exceeding ninety days in aggregate storage.
When retention periods expire, we instruct deletion or anonymization where technically feasible.
